The Southwest Louisiana Economic Development Alliance (SWLA Alliance) has launched a regional effort to develop a strategic plan that will guide investment and support lasting economic growth across the region’s five parishes: Allen, Beauregard, Calcasieu, Cameron, and Jefferson Davis.
