2024 Spring Customer Service Training: 3/27 The Service Mentality
The goal of this course is to identify specific behaviors and characteristics present in people who provide excellent service. Participants who successfully complete this course will have the ability to recognize how providing excellent service gives their organization a competitive advantage and gain knowledge and insight into the behaviors required to demonstrate a "service mentality".
